Philadelphia is located in the Northeastern United States along the Delaware and Schuylkill rivers. A modern day American melting pot, the city and it's metropolitian area is home to over 3 million people. According to the 2010 US census it is the fifth-most-populous city in the United States.

Philadelphia (or Philly as it is affectionetly known by its inhabitants) mixes blue collar charm with an East coast moxy. Over the years waves of immigration have left it's undelable mark on the ethnic working class neighborhoods.

Having grown up in nearby Delaware and living in Philadephia for ten years the city along with it's sights, smells, and attitude remain near to my heart. The black and white photographes contained in this gallery are some of the first creative photographs I took in my career.
